It has been the honor of my life to serve the residents of Sutter County's Second District as Supervisor.  An even greater privilege was to serve all of the citizens of Sutter County as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in 2018 and 2021.  As you know, 2022 is an Election year and I am seeking re-election to the Sutter County Board of Supervisors for District 2.  I am proud to be supported by numerous local leaders and the business community and have developed a reputation for being a leader who encourages participation and gets things done.

I couldn't do what I do without the support of my family.  I have been married to my wife Tonya for 30 years and am the proud father of Jessica Flores, 22, a law student and Nathan Flores, 20, a college student and athlete.  I love Sutter County and have been a resident of District 2 for twenty years and a Sutter County resident for 25-years.  Our love for Sutter County is why my wife Tonya and I chose to raise our family here.

 

Many California counties and municipalities across this great nation have suffered an economic blow resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.  As your Supervisor and a small business owner, I was on the frontlines in the trenches fighting for Sutter County to re-open, and we did far earlier that any other municipality in the state!  Opportunities continue to be abundant in Sutter County and with your help, we are making great strides in making Sutter County one of the best places to do business in California.
